Assistant Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Orders & Service: Take and manage customer orders with care and attention to detail, ensuring each one meets our high standards.
  • Sales Support: Engage with local clients, both existing and potential, to help drive sales and introduce them to our products.
  • Administration: Oversee basic administrative tasks, such as updating records, scheduling deliveries, and managing stock levels.
  • Deliveries: Safely deliver orders within the local area, providing a friendly face to our customers.
  • Store Presentation: Help maintain a welcoming and visually appealing shop environment for customers.

Social Media Management: Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts to promote the shop’s products, events, and seasonal offerings.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate should be friendly and approachable, with excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Being a team player is key to working in this small business environment. Plus:
