Your roles and responsibilities

As a Creative Copywriter, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and align with client brand identities.
  • Writing persuasive copy for digital and print advertising, ensuring messages drive action and meet marketing objectives.
  • Crafting website content, including homepage copy, landing pages, and blog posts, while incorporating SEO best practices.
  • Creating social media content, including captions, scripts, and ad copy, to engage followers and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborating closely with designers, art directors, and account managers to produce integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting industry research to stay informed about trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
  • Proofreading and editing all copy to ensure it is accurate, grammatically correct, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Who are you looking for?

We are looking for a Creative Copywriter who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in copywriting within an advertising agency or a related industry.
  • Possesses strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Has creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think outside the box.
  • Is an excellent communicator and loves collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Has a portfolio that showcases impressive copywriting skills.
  • Is a team player who enjoys working with others and welcomes feedback.

Bonus: Experience with SEO principles, content marketing, and working with international clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a copywriting role, ideally within an advertising agency.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong copywriting abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience working with international clients or in global markets.
  • passion for storytelling and a love for words, language, and writing.
